PRECERTIFICATION SERVICES:

Because every minute counts in your busy office, DIC offers the service of pre-certifying exams for you and your patients! All you need to do is provide us with the following information at the time you schedule your patient:

• Physician order
• Copy of insurance card - front and back
• Completion of DIC's pre-certification form
• and Clinic Notes may be requested

DIC then takes it from there to finish out the pre-certifying process both timely and efficiently.
